Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the length of testing time for the Stanford Diagnostic Reading Test?
Answer: The vocabulary test is 20 minutes and the comprehension test is 50 minutes.

2. Which tests do I administer to my students?
Students in Grades 5,6,7 take the Purple Stanford Test.
Students in Grades 8,9 take the Brown Stanford Test.
Students in Grades 10-12 take the Blue Stanford Test.
